PACLStore for fast, easy online ordering. You can even use the
PACLStore to generate an order form to mail us your order if you
prefer.
Before you contact us regarding any technical
questions regarding software, be sure to determine the program name and version. This
information is shown upon startup and/or by clicking Help/About. Also, please be prepared
to provide us with the names and types of equipment you are using. If you are having a
problem printing, for example, we will need to know the printer make and model and amount
of printer and computer memory installed. Try to be as clear as is possible about what
steps are required to duplicate the problem and note any error messages that are displayed
on screen.
