HOW THE PACLSTORE WORKS:
When you click on the PACLStore link above, you are connected to our online store. The store establishes a Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) connection with your browser before you enter any billing information, ensuring that all transactions are secure. You simply pick the products you want, select the desired shipping method, and fill out billing information.  We ask you to give us some additional qualifying information (see Purchaser Qualifications below) if you have never ordered from 21st Century Assessment before. Once you submit your order, you should receive a order confirmation at your email address.

PURCHASER QUALIFICATIONS: PACL test products are sold according to standards set by the American Psychological Association. To purchase these products, an individual must have training and experience in the use of tests and hold an advanced degree from an accredited institution in an appropriate field (e.g., psychology, psychiatry), or be a member in a relevant professional organization and/or be licensed/certified to practice in a relevant field. First-time buyers must submit a completed Qualification Form with their order. The Qualifying Form is included on the Checkout page. If you have ordered from us in the past, you do not need to complete another Qualification Form.

PAYMENT OPTIONS: We accept purchase orders, checks, money orders (US funds only), Visa, Mastercard, JCB, and Diner's Club online or by fax, phone, or mail.

PURCHASE ORDERS: We bill from written purchase orders. Terms are net 30 days, F.O.B. South Pasadena.

PRICES/SALES TAX: Regular list prices are effective March 24, 2002, and are subject to change without notice.  Sales tax is assessed on all orders shipped to destinations within California.

SHIPPING: We make every effort to ship your order within 24 hours of receipt. Nevertheless, because of variable shipping times and unexpected delays, we recommend that you place your order at least 4 weeks before you need the products. For special shipping arrangements, call 626-441-0614.

WARRANTIES/RETURNS: Test products are warranted to be suitable for their intended purpose, in accordance with applicable professional psychological standards, and are sold in usable form. No other warranties are made, either expressed or implied, including warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. All test products may be returned for refund or credit (shipping charges excluded) within 30 days of purchase, provided they are in resalable condition.

RESEARCH DISCOUNT: Individuals purchasing test materials for research use may obtain a 20% discount by submitting a brief description of their project when placing an order (use the "Special instructions" field on the "Customer Information" page). Graduate students must have their advisor sign the Qualification Form.
